Omoniola is all about digital marketing management and making brands shine. She's extremely experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to business legitimacy & creating marketing strategy for developing brands, as she has three of her own. Then there's Bridgette, who has a strong finance background and has run a successful non-profit for over 5 years. She is passionate in building partnerships and has received over $15,000 in funding organically for her own organization. Both individual powerhouses, joined forces to create She BUILDS after realizing their visions aligned and they needed each others strengths. Just like when two people agree about anything, it will be done. Together, they are on a mission to help businesses and brands grow and succeed.

    From Corporate America to Industry Entrepreneur

    Omoniola Oladimeji's journey is a testament to resilience and faith. From a determined teenager who launched her first business at 14, she transitioned from a Kinesiology major to earning an international business degree from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business in just four years. Today she is a digital media marketing manager having managed and worked with top industry names.

    Guided by the belief in Romans 8:28, “For we know that all things work together for the good of those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose”, Omoniola overcame obstacles and transformed them into opportunities. Today, she's a dynamic entrepreneur with ventures like MOS Extensions, a luxury hairline, and Miss Olaa Styles, her own successful hair-styling business.

    Adding to her impact, Omoniola launched her podcast entitled FMQ Talks in January 2023, a faith-based platform inspiring others on their journey to self-discovery and spiritual growth. For fun Omoniola enjoys serving, going to brunch, and traveling the world - she has been to 19 countries.

    Having to teach herself a lot of skills and create business legitimacy, Omoniola’s goal is to teach the women who come behind her - so no one gets left behind.     Meet Bridgette Manful, your partner in all things visionary and transformative. As the co-founder of She Builds Us Agency, she’s driven by the passion to empower, uplift, and catalyze women on their entrepreneurial journeys.

    Bridgette’s story is one of resilience, creativity, and the unbreakable bonds between faith and purpose. As the President and Founder of Ghana Girls Connect, Inc., she’s experienced firsthand the immense impact of community and mentorship. Her professional journey started in Accounting, delving into the intricate world of Auditing for major consulting firms. But her heart has always been drawn to the realm of business and entrepreneurship.

    Bridgette is an advocate of chasing dreams and embracing our innate creativity. From a young age, she watched her father establish himself in a foreign land. This ignited a spark that led her to begin her own journey in the world of hair as a hairstylist at the tender age of 14. While in high school, she had even earned her license as a cosmetologist. Her passion for creativity and business soon evolved into a love for brand development, strategy, web development, event curation, grant writing, and the intricate world of mastering finances.

    Bridgette’s faith and Ghanaian-American cultural background play an integral role in shaping her perspective. She firmly believes that God endowed us all with unique creative talents, woven intricately into the fabric of our purpose.

    Meeting the multi-talented Omoniola was a divine synchronicity, igniting a fire within me that only the orchestration of God could achieve. Together, they’re on a mission to create a world where women thrive, excel, and ascend to unprecedented heights.
